Cories with glossostigma?

I have a tank where I'm trying to (slowly) grow a glosso carpet. I'm wondering if you guys think cories would enjoy a tank like this or not? They may not be able to really get to the gravel itself, but they'd still have plenty of stuff to root through and hide in I'm sure. This tank also has large rocks and a small cave, so it isn't entirely glosso. And they don't seem particularly boisterous about it so I don't think they'll be uprooting anything once there are runners in place.

Never used glosso before... not sure how dense it gets. Depends on lighting I'm sure, which is 52 watts over a 10 gallon. What do you recommend... should I put cories in there or not?
