Can i put a confict in a 10 gallon tank? Also what stuff should it have? Also is anything needed for the confict to be happy and healthy, Im new to cichlids 8)

Well if you get a female, you might be able to pull it off. The females get about 5" or so. Males a bit bigger and i would say no. This will need to be the only fish in the tank, otherwise it will kill them.

You can tell the females apart by the orange coloration on their belly.

I wouldn't suggest trying this, it would make for a rather boring tank and probably an unhealthy fish.
