Confusing Cloud

Need help, not sure what is going on. I just began noticing early in morning that the water at top of tank seems to have a "rolling" cloud on it that will consume the entire tank throughout the day. By eve the tank is clear again, but this seems to "restart" again every morn. I have never seen this before, any Ideas of what it is or help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you changed something in your tank recently that may have caused it to start cycling? Sounds a lot like the bacteria bloom that happens during cycling.
