Ok, I have recently purchased a Juwel Rio 240 with an external filter. It is supposedly a 240l tank but when I put the measurements into google (121 x 41 x 55 cm) it comes up as: 272.85500 litres, so I will round it up to 273 litres. I can't imagine substrate and decor would take up that amount of water space, and I even doubt if Juwel take the whole substrate/decor thing into consideration when they calculate the volume of their tanks....
Why label it as a 240 when it can apparently hold more?
