Cloudy Water In My New Tank?!?!

Well last night I put my fish in the tank after it running a day with cycled media and all was well. I put in the plants and fish, watched them, then went to bed. I woke up this morning and its cloudy! Why? this hasnt happened with my 3 other tanks. Thanks!

btw the filter is a penquin bio-wheel

uh... my only thing is you should wait longer for a day. Bacteria build up? I have no idiea, more info.

Could be a bacterial bloom, and should clear up.

ok thanks, it started when i put the old filter cartridge into the filter so the bacteria would be there. i was just checking if it was a bad sign or not
