Cloudy Water And Alage Problems

Okay I have some very cloudy water that is worse now that it ever was. The tank is a 75 gallon AGA tank with a emperor 400 filter and hopefully soon i will get a XP4. I just use the rite size e cartridges. The tank has 3 JD's (not even over 1" yet) and 11 platies which will be getting moved soon. I have done 3 water changes this week and i still have problems. My alage problem is solved for one put the other is still unkown. It is a with alage that sticks to the glass and looks kinda like dust on the inside of the glass and it is white.

Can some one please help me i am getting really frustraded

how long has the water been cloudy i had the same prob and did a very large water change and within a day it was crystal clear

the water has been cloudy ever since the cycle finished so for about 2 weeks and i just thought it was the cartridges were old so i replaced them and it is still cloudy, i will try the water change

What are your readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and PH?

PH: 7.8
Ammonia: 0 mg/l
Nitrite: 0 mg/l
Nitrate: <12.5 mg/l
