Cloudy Tank

Hi,

In the process of starting up a new tank. Decided to go with sand over pebbles this time. Was a bugger to clean, however my water is a little cloudy compared to my older tank. Done 2 20% water changes the last 2 days, and plan to carry it on until the water clears, which seems to help a little. Should i continue down this route or am i doing something wrong?

Never had this problem with my older tank.

Did you let it settle? Either way the water changes should gradually help

left it 24 hrs both times to settle. Showed small improvement but its not crystal like my other tank
