Cloudy/milky Water - Normal ?

Hi my tank water today has started to go cloudy since this morning when I fitted 2 polishing pads to my Fluval 305, I`ve read this is normal with new tanks (bacterial bloom) possibly ? My tanks been going with fish (after fishless cycling completed) for about 2.5 weeks , I`ve just finished a course of octozin and done a 50% water change and added my carbon back into the filter. The only other thing is the rising temp today ? My tanks at 29.7C .

EDIT forgot to add - I had a plant that started to look a bit grim which I`ve now removed.
Stats - Normal

Any clues of what to do or the cause please ?
