Centre Piece Fish?

I have a 35G tank which consists of - 1 x polka dot plec
3 x neon tetra
3 x guppies
6 x rosy tetras
6 x harlequin rasbora
5 x cories
1 x SAE
1 x otto

What would be a good centre piece fish? Have tried bettas - didnt work out and am thinking about maybe some gourami???
What does anyone recommend?

you are fully stocked as far as i can see..
sae well some are passive some are aggrssive like mine is ..... gouramis a pair at the most but you have to have a good filter ones and they have to be dwarf sized.. big ones ..they will eat the tetras as it happend to my friends fishy

Remove the SAE, will get dangerous, and i thin you could add a ram or 2 the thts it

i have been thinking about getting rid of the SAE for a while as every now and then it chases the cory's around alot, i have also thought about getting rid of the guppies but seeing as they was my first fish i've got attached to them so maybe put them into another tank and put the neons in there to even though there small and dont take up much room.

I would work on getting rid of the SAE and getting 3 more neons. They like being in full shoals.

A pair of german blue rams or a pair of dwarf gouramis either are nice looking fish

first thing i'm going to do is rehome the SAE i'll start by asking my lfs to see if they will have it, i still think i might move my guppies into another tank i've got a 3ft tank in the basement but it havn't got a hood but it can not be that hard to make one though.
