I'd go with black, purely because their colours will stand out more.

what fish ??? your stocking will help decide wot colour as if black angels black would be rubbish... i think blue looks great and natural, as all fish stand out.

will be cory`s and baby discus, i have a mirror finish on my other tanks, but i was thinking blue aswell
