For about a week now my dwarf gourimi has not eaten and not been well.

When looking at the temp in the tank it was pushing 30 degrees. (Currently in reading very, very hot)

I have been turning off the heater to get temp down.

I dont know whether it has anything to do with the temp.

Please help i am woried!

turning the heater off won't lower the temp as the heater turns its self off when it gets to the degrees you want it to be at. I leave my lid off to let some cool air in and you could also do a water change with cold water. Or you could put a fan over the water.

I wouldn't bother with the bottles of ice it just stresses the fish altering the temp all the time.
The temp soon shoots back up.

Run a fan near the tank.
Close blinds or curtains in the room.
Increase aeration. If there plenty of aeration the fish should be fine.
