Can Someone Reccomend A Good Diet Plan For My Tank?

Ok, Tank is a 4x2x2'.
fish include 6 Angels, 6 Clown loaches, 3 silver dollars, 2 BGK's, 2 Bristlenose cats and a few Khulis.

Tank has a large piece of driftwood, some river rocks, and no plants.

The main food i have been feeding them has been a pellet type fishfood (slow sinking) and bloodworm. Occasionally i will feed some lettuce, broccoli, carrot, bean (whatever veg i have).

Is there any other food i should be feeding? All fish are quite small. All too small for feeder fish i believe. I actually have 1 neon in the tank, which hasnt been touched, and actually looks happy. (he is a survivor from a large group) and i dont plan to get any more neons.

How often should i feed Veg? Bloodworm? pellets?

Ps, i know 2 BGK's is probably not good. But i have had them both before i knew anything about fish keeping, and i am too attatched to them to give 1 up. They are between 4-5"

not sure about all of them, but my fella's angels love tetraprima, could try giving them some of that just for a bit of variety

ive tried tubifex worms, but they seem to make a bit of a mess.
