I've got a Juwel Vision 180 and when I went saltwater I bought an I-Bar with two T5 lights on it. When I then moved back to freshwater some time later the original T8 bulbs didn't seem as aesthetically pleasing on the eye so I left the T5's on there. All of the fish have preferred to skulk in the corners of the tank hiding behind the plants I've provided and not venturing out into the open swimming space until the lights go out.
Has anyone heard of this before as I certainly haven't - the fish are swordtails, danios, barbs, tetras etc.
