In theory yes, but it depends upon the size of your tank, and how it is laid out. Gouramis are territorial, and like to have their own space. It is recommended to have 10 gallon/fish (around 35 litres), and to have hiding places in the forms of rocks and caves, as well as plant your tank heavily.
