Im not too sure, angelfish tend to have long fins, so putting it in with that many barbs surely wouldnt be adviseable.
I know when i worked in my LFS i certainly wouldnt advise it due to their nipping behaviour.
Not a good idea, considering you don't have the barbs in proper schools, they will be even more nippier. Maybe if you could find a type of angelfish with no fins? LoL. I think your pretty much fully stocked anyways.
An angel fish isn't a good idea because they are prone to getting their delicate fins nipped particually by active nippy fish such as tiger barbs- for angel fish, i would advise something more like a 50gal than a 29gal as they grow very large and need not just a long tank, but a tall tank too as a they are very "tall" fish in comparsion to most other fish species.
I'm no expert on angels, but i believe they also prefer company too of their own kind. If you want to appreiciate these fish properly, its far better that you wait until you have the ideal setup for them to grow up in than a less than ideal angel tank .
