Are Bubbles Good Or Bad??? Do They Help An Aquarium In Anyway??

What type of bubbles ? I presume you mean from an airstone or bubble wall ? In which case it depends. They increase oxygenation, which can be good for the fish if the tank is lacking in O2 but you can achieve that with correct placement of your filter return. Ultimately its more a case of do you like them or not.
