i thought i would share a couple of photos from this years Bristol Rat Race with you guys 
the Rat Race is an urban adventure race, incorporating mountain biking, running, kayaking, climbing and orienteering all in and around several cities in the uk. you race from checkpoint to checkpoint doing challenges at each one. the weekender race includes 2 1/2 hours on foot on the saturday night grabbing as many checkpoints as we could in the time, then up to 8 hours of racing on foot, on bikes and in kayaks on the sunday

we had to jump 20 feet into a river off this bridge im the one on the right
i had a brilliant time although it was bloody hard work
