Brine Shrimp Questions

brine shrimp eggs have just arrived in the door, questions questions questions...
1st) ive only got table salt. ( so i think i have no choice on that matter)
2) how on earth am i ment to keep the temperature up to 26-28 unless i float it in the tank?
3) the angels are swimming today, laid 7 days ago. What can i feed them? When do i feed them?
