Blue Gourami

I've had a male gold gourami and a female blue gourami in the tank for about 3 weeks and just last night i put another female blue gourami in and now one of the females is always chasing the other one around. Is she just competing for the male or is it something els? Thanks!

Probably territorial issues. Put a lot of plants and hiding places to break their line of sight.
