Black Water Extract!

hello, i am treating my tank with black water extract atm becuase my hardness is to high, i am wonding if anyone here use`s Black Water Extract? i am using Aqua Master black water extract

i used it, i stopped using it though because i got my hands on some ial. its kind of expensive, but i dont have to worry about dosing again because the leaf is always releasing tannins. i kind of regret buying so many ial, when i couldve just asked my friend from pi to dry some ketapang leaves or something like that for free =(
