Big Plec On Its Side

Hi my big plec is lay on its side and looks as if he very poorly ,,theres a red blood like blob the size of a tiny pea comming from his bumhole any ideas?

Does it look like an organ that's coming out of his bum.
Can you take a closer look to see what you can see in the blob.

Is his anus enlarged or red and inflamed.
What does it look like when the fish go to the toilet.
Does the plec look skinny or bloated.
Does he swim on his side.
Any fish showing signs of a bent spine.
What do you feed your fish.
