Betta Lost All Colour

something is very wrong with my betta. He has went from a vibrant red colour to almost white, he isnt bloted and doesn't have protrudeing scales (so it cant be dropsy) but has no energy wot so ever.Ive done a water change and added interpret internal bacterial mediation (its all i got).but dont think he will last the night. What could it be??

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Are the fins clamped to his body.

Need to look at water stats first as being pale and washed out can be many things.

Does he dart around the tank or swim erratically.
Any excess mucas or slime on his body or gills.
Hows the fish breathing.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Has the ph changed.
