Best plant ?

Im looking for something that grows fast and is kinda bushy(full). What are some good common plants, also that are hardy and tough, i have a 135 gallon tank with a 48inch shop light with aqua-glo bulbs 40 watts each.

Hygrophila polysperma. Will grow in virtually any environment and fills out quickly.

You're not going to be able to grow much with such a dim light in a large tank. You're going to have to add at least another four 40 watt bulbs before you can get a fast growing plant of any kind.
