Best Lighting for a chichlid

Ok so I am going to upgrade my lighting for the Saulosi tank. I am thinking of a 10,000K lamp. Are there any other lamps that would bring the colors out of the Saulosi's better? A 50/50 would work?

Well, you've got a bit of a dilemma. Bluer lighting will bring out the blue of the male, yellower lighting will bring out the orange of the females. Hmmm... decisions decisions...

Get an actinic light bulb with the 10,000k bulb, it should look great...If your in canada check out www.mops.ca for T5 flourescent bulb, they sell it for about 39.99 for a 48" bulb with it's balas.....

I dont need a T5 as I have PC lighting and I am probably going to get a 55watt that will work with my ballast. I also order from JL Aquatics in Canada as they seem to have really great prices and are closer to me.
