Hello, my names Chris. I'm new to the fishkeeping world. Fancied a tank for ages, then last week my girlfriend bought me one for my b'day. Forum is great and already got some good advice!

Thanks folks.

The tank is a 24.5 uk gal. 80 by 35 by 40. It all came in a big kit, with heater, filter, plastic plants and setting up water ltype iquids etc.
Is this a bit big for a beginner?

Got 2 neon tetras in there at the mo, i posted a qu yesterday, and got some good advice. Bought a water bubble wall making pump today, fitted it and now, 1hr later water is clearer and fish are swimming about fine . Maybe a coincidence in the cycle?
