Baby - full grown

Hey folks,

Having just given birth (well, not me personally!) to 7 baby balloon mollies I have a quick question.

Approximately how long will it take for them to grow to adult size? They're a week old now and have already grown quite considerably (they're now relatively easy to spot in the tank), but I'm wondering how long it'll take for them to reach full size - and then how long until they might start reproducing?
