Babies Just When I Don't Want Them

So I was going to move my pair of kribs as was going to change the gravel as I put small slate chippings which looked good but a pain to keep clean so got some proper gravel for tank. The only fish in tank are my kribs as been planning to change for a while so I get every thing ready i.e cleaned gravel then went to tank to move fish to a different tank while I changed gravel I started to move out plants and decorations when fish started to attack me which was unusual as the usually just hide so I stopped what I was doing and took a closer look and there they were babies so will have to wait to change gravel.

Could you just leave where they currently have their fry and change out the rest of the tank, and come back to their spot after the fry have left mum and dad?

Not really cos she moving them all the time and if I disturb her to much she may eat the babies
