I know there is a pinned topic on this but it doesn't help much.

This very thread I am now typing does not offer me the facility to add images/attach files what so ever. And yet somtimes, not all the time I can respond to others topics and post an image.
So wh can I not start my own pictoral journal of my aquarium?

Are my settings all to pot?
