AT10 filter adjustment

Just picked up two of these for my 10 gallons. I could have sworn there was a way to adjust the flow. Can't seem to figure that out. I know there is a way to adjust the direction, but can't find how to adjust the flow itself. Anyone got any tips?

It's 55 gph, I don't think it will be too violent for a 10G.

Its creating quite a large swirl in the tank. Microfish might have issues with that.
