Are Platies Supposed To Poo This Often?!

Well, one of my female mickey mouse platies is pregnant. And I KNOW that they DO, in fact, poo QUITE a LOT. However, for around the past 24 hours or so, she has been doing nothing but pooing incessantly....? One poo comes out, gets really long, falls off, and then, next, 5 minutes later, there is yet ANOTHER ONE!!!!

And this has been happening for the past 24 hours. When you look below the platy, on her under side it sort of looks like you can *see* the poo (still inside of her, of course), running from her mouth to the spot where she poos out of? Only it keeps happening?

Please just HELP!!!! DX I am going to move her to my fry tank soon so she can give birth in peace but she can't be POOING all of the time!!!! DX

Fish can get the trots.
Do you over feed.
What are you feeding the fish.
What colour is her poo.
Is her anus enlarged or red and inflamed.

do you feed her a lot or is there green algae in the tank. if she has a supply of algae she might be picking at it and pooping a lot (algae eaters poo a LOT!)
