Are Penut Worms Dangerous?

I came home and so a bunch of tentacles writhing around by an aquarium decoration and it was a penut worm. Are they dangerous or benificial?

I was looking around and this is about all I found:

Sipunculans basically sit in one spot for their entire life, periodically extending their proboscis to mop up a bit of detritus or filter out organic particle from the water.

These won’t chase, hurt, or otherwise try to eat you or any of the critters in your tank!

Sounds like a bit of a cleaner upper! Sites say they are commonly found in live rock

They're harmless. As mentioned above, quite common in marine tanks. Fascinating little beasties: enjoy!
