My lfs has just got a couple of archerfish in but I am struggling to ID them. Anybody got any suggestions on the ID please?

Absolutely no way that those a T. jaculatrix. Those specimens look terrible and it seems they're under a bunch of stress or have some sort of illness. Their condition is too poor for me to correctly ID them, but I'd lean towards T. microlepis due to the enlongated bars accompanied by spots. Sometimes archers give funky looks when they're spooked so it's possible they just don't fancy a camera lens. I know my chameleons loathe the camera.

I was leaning more towards T.Microlepis when using the ID info on Neale Monks website but with the bands like that I was struggling.
I took that picture the day they came into the lfs. I am going to pop back there this weekend and see if the condition has improved but they are stuck in a 18" x 18" x 12" tank now with 5 mono's :grr:
