I'm contemplating purchasing this particular tank. Dimensions are: 84 x 44 x 59 cm. 165 litres equates to roughly 44 gallons I believe. For those familiar with the Aqua One range, do you know whether replacement parts (in particular the lights) are easily attainable and whether a tank of this size would benefit from filter/light upgrades etc (hence saving my money for the time being to build my own setup). Thanks all.

Hi
I have an Aquaone tank, not the 850 but they all seem good quality.
I have had no problems with mine and the whole setup seems good.
When I was looking around I asked lots of questions and it seemed to be the general opinion that unlike many makes where the filter etc were only just up to the job Aquaone supply components that are over rated for the size of tank.
What finally made me choose them was the quality of the stand, not a cheap looking item.
Have you seen the 850T ? Well worth the extra in my opinion and was my choice until I decided to go BIG.

Hey I wouldn't recommend a tall tank, they are a nightmare to clean the gravel, you'll be up to your neck, literally, trying to get to the bottom of the tank, especially for netting out dead'uns on the bottom or just moving something around - dropping your net in or something is just a pain.
