Hi all...

My external filter started leaking tonight

A couple of the lugs have snapped off - Can you get just the item on the 'RIGHT' on it's own or will I have to buy a complete connector?

Good Luck.

AquaOne no longer produce spares for ANY of their gear, so you'll have to find the parts in old shop stock or from second hand "spares or repairs" filters. If you cannot find them in old stock any where, you will have to replace the filter. Sorry this isn't what you wanted to hear, but this is AquaOne's new marketing strategy. They have upped their prices by 25% and stopped the sales of all spares to retailers. If it fails in warranty, take it back for a replacement, otherwise, once old spare parts stocks have gone, you'll have to buy a whole new unit to repair the old one, at a new higher price. This is why many retailers now no longer stock AquaOne's stuff...

All the best
Rabbut

my cf 1000 has done the same some time ago but if you just fiddel about with it and don't fully tighten it hard it seals it (well it has on mine )

Edit: sorry, couldn't find the spec sheets.
