Anything Else I Should Do?

one of my rescue bettas, Ken, who had very split fins is up and down most of the time. At the moment he is very pale and has swim bladder. He comes up to eat but spends most of the time on the bottom. I have just cleaned him out raised the temp, and lowered the water level, put in salt and stress stuff. I would try a epsom salt bath but it nearly finished him off last time. I think I will just leave him now unless there is anything else I can do? He had a pea yesterday so he has had nothing at all today.

There's not a lot you can do, adding more meds would do more harm than good in all likelyhood. Perhaps putting him in a darkish, low traffic area with some tannins might help, but there's probably nothing that will 'cure' him unless you find out exactly whats wrong, which is pretty impossible.
