Anyone Have A Brine Shrimp Hatchery?

i got a question i made on n dumped some eeggs in the bottle hatchy but my egggs ink to the bottom and some floats i have a airstone in there n air pumpin in where are the eggs surpose to be?

The eggs are supposed to be floating in the water, not at the top or on the bottom. I use an inverted 2 liter bottle for a hatchery, starting with cold tap water. I add a drop of dechlor, 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt, 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of bbs. Give it a real good stir before aerating, and use enough air to keep the bbs cysts suspended in the water. A temperature of 80-82F and illumination is needed.
