Any Suggestions For My Centrepiece Fish

Hi, I just wondered what other nice centrepiece fish there are availiable..i have looked on the internet and cant seem to find anything other than angels, which are lovely but i just wondered if there was anything else that will swim mid to upper level, something really colourful,, i like the dwarf gourami 2 but there must be other lovely fish..any suggestions please?

thats a cichlid and i think it would need specialist care however im not 100%

the blue dolphin is gorgeous...do they need to be kept in pairs, threes or happy by them self, i like the look of the paradish fish but it says that it can be agressive. same question for the paradise, on its own or with company? thanks.

I think perhaps some of the larger rainbow fish would be great.

Mmm...

Blue Dolphin Cichlid is a Lake Malawi Cichlid...i think they might be to aggressive for a community set-up also they require hard water.

A community Lake Malawi tank possibly.

Festivums look absolutly stunning as adults
and would be ok in a 240ltr tank

these are my smaller tank mates i was going to get:

10 cardinals,
6 emperer tetras
some biggish shrimp
3 or 4 yo yo loaches
zebra plec
4 khuli loaches

keep them suggestions coming in..i am googling them all..Thanks again

Our Flame Gourami has made a great centerpiece fish in our 30 gallon

That looks like a Dwarf Gourami to me.

giant or malabar danio; both are predominatley blue.
