Any One Had Any Dealings With This Company On Ebay

I bought some lights on ebay and they have not arrived. Purchased them on the 25th may and still no lights. Was just wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with them. They are called aquaticsfanaticscoventry. This is the item i bought http/cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...p;rd=1&rd=1.

I would have gone to my lfs but had a spare £30 in my paypal so i thought i'd use it getting these lights. Maybe my own fault???

Almost all businesses are good on ebay. They are forced or their powerseller status is revoked and they lose the ability to run a business on ebay. I would say it is ok.

contact the seller and if they dont respond contact ebay and they will sort it out for you. a powerseller earns the status and if they mess about it would be removed as said.

I wreckon just a human error and your order has been lost

i ordered some lights and light starter unit from these on their online shop. 2 weeks later had a friendly email saying sorry they were having problems with their computers did i still want them, that was a couple of months ago i have emailed but not heard anything. they didnt take the money out of my account though so i ordered somewhere else

I've used them, they are very slow at responding to emails but do respond eventually and generally seem helpful if you have a problem.
