Fishaholic
I was starting to think that horrible diseased tanks were just the way things worked at all stores till I visited one yesterday. It was amazing. They had tons of freshwater and saltwater species, in tanks that weren't overstocked. I think I saw 1 sead fish in the whole store. They even had discus!
I heard one of the employees talking to a customer and more or less refusing to sell them fish because their tank wasn't cycled and they already had some fish in it. They gave lots of advice (didn't hear most of it).
The bad, but unsuprising, part is that they are a good bit more expensive than pet[smart|co|land]. I have a thing for "ugly mollies" (or so they have been called), and this place had what appeared to be albino sailfin mollies but brown coloring. It looks like a darked dalmation mollie with red eyes and brown instead of black coloring. I got 4. The only issue I had was they the only sold these in male/female pairs. I was only after a set of females.
