Angelfish gender help

Thinking of getting 2 angelfish for my tank. Does gender REALLY matter when it comes to this?

Will two female angels fight? And will two males fight? Or do I have to get a breeding pair for them to get along? Is there anything to consider when getting them as babies to make them get along? Because obviously you can't guarantee the gender when buying babies and I would prefer them not to breed.

Tank size 29g, no other fish in the tank. And I only want 2 angelfish no more

Experience tells that it you're keeping just two angels in one tank will be okay depending on the size of tank in relation to the size of those angels no matter their sex.
