Angel Fish Poorly I Think!

Hi

I have an angel fish thats developed 2 little black spots on his head about the size of a grain of salt is he sick? The water stats cheak out fine!

The only thing thats happend in the last week or so is my external filter broke down so I had to move most of my media to my new one but im also running a juwel internal. maybe this is the cause?

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Hiow long have you had the angel.
Do you have any snails in the tank.
