Am I Over Stocked Or Any Problems

here is my question do you think im over stocked or can you see any problems which may arise with the fish in my tank here are my fish



rio 240 with a pf3 interpet internal filter and a fluval 4 plus internal filter
1 sailfin plec,1 bristlenose plec,1 female molly,1 male siamese fighter,3 male sword tails,4 male guppies,2 male dwarf platys,10 glowlight tetras and 2 cardinals

you are not overstocked and your fish look fine except i have no knowledge of salfin plecs also cardinals and mollys prefer slightly bigger groups but you have space for more and also beta's dont mix with guppies so remove the guppies or the beta

Only thing that I see is that your Molly would prefer slightly brackish water.

ok thanks but wont brackish affect the other fish? and does anyone know of a compatible colorful shoaling fish for my tank too?

plecs don't tolerate any salt
mollys really should have salt

so it looks like i may have to re home my molly then ............. and so far im thinking neons or cardinals as i dont know of any other colorful shoaling fish
