all pond solutions 2000ef running water noise

Got an all pond solutions 2000ef today set it up as running done for a couple of hours now making a noice like running water and very noisy. Any ideas what this is? Is this normal for a canister?

Probably an airlock in the impeller chamber.

Thanks for this link That's the exact noise. I was trying this for around 30 mins before it finally cleared..was a right pain
