Algae Id

Around 2 months in and i am still having problems with algae. Its growing on everything in the tank and is like green cotton candy. The plants are growing well and very quickly and from my drop checker is a nice green colour. I am also dosing EI from JamesC's sticky. Included are two pictures of the algae, coulf you ID the algae for me and give me some ideas on what is causing it!

Cladophora, this algae is what those marimo balls are made from.
Cause being low CO2 and low nutrient levels.
Remove as much as you can and keep up those CO2 and nutrient levels up. Amano shrimps may help aswell.

looks like blue green algae too, slimy and nasty

Blue green algae is just that, blue green. The piccy above is too green, no trace of blue, I don't think it is BGA.

There's 2 or maybe more types of Cladophora.
