Do Bronze Corydoras catfish eat algae?

No, no corys eat algae to a great extent if at all. Otos are small and good for this or if you have a bigger tank (30gallons +) bristlenoses are good and also farlowella cats.

Hi newbie?

It's a funny thing about corys; they love algae wafers, but won't touch algae if it is growing right there in the tank.

Mine will occasioally nibble algae off the glass and decorations but they don't do it often or much. They do love the wafers though. I think they like those above everything else.
