Air Pump On Filter Otlet?

Seen a few of these about, mainly on juwel internal filters. It looks like theres an air pump attatched to the filter outlet pipe which creates fast flowing bubbles.

Does anybody know what these are called and where I can find one for my Rio 125 Internal.

I think you are looking for the Juwel Air Diffuser. I'm not really sure it adds anything to your tank tho. It's generally accepted that air bubble don't really aerate the water that much, it is only when they cause surface movement that they make a difference.
