Agressive Black Molly

I'm sure he thinks he owns the tank (damn molly). When it comes to feeding time he seems to get agressive towards the other fish. I'm pretty sure he wants all the food to his self. He's always searching the tank for any signs of food. Does this sound like the normal behavier of a molly?..I've had him for 6 months but might take him to the pet shop.

How big is your tank and how big is your molly? Mollies can be aggresive, especially if there are other mollies of the same gender. I'm guessing he's male. Are there other males in the tank? I've had problems with bullying among my mollies.

I've got 1 molly and 8 plattys with some platty fry. He's always going round the tank at 100mph searching for anything he can eat. When i bought him he was only a young adult but now is fully grown. I think it's time to take him to the LFS sometime this week.

My tank is 54 litres. It's abit small for 9 fish i know

He gets on my nerves because hes a F*cking PIG

Ahh, 54 liters? There's your problem. If you want him to calm down, you'll need to remove atleast 5 platys. You probably don't want to do that, so I'd either get a bigger tank or get rid of him. I'd reccomend atleast a 30 gallon with all those fish. O_O

Hi, i'm going to take him to the LFS today or tomorrow because its not fair on the other fish.
