Hi, little question for you,
I want to add another bag of gravel to my tank and plan on doing this this weekend when i carry out my weekly maintanence of the tank. I have thought this is the best way to do it as the tank will still have fish, plants etc in:
Wash the NEW gravel as per usual and then add it to the tank before i refil the tank during the water change. I plan on adding it using a plastic beaker which i will clean. This will mean i can get fair amounts of gravel in the tank with out having to drop it from a great hight and upsetting the fish etc and also apply it to the exact place i want to.
What do you guys think?
Can i run into and problems in adding new gravel to the tank? It is the same make as the stuff allready in there?
