Well, today has been exciting. Tsi_User and I have had our 30 gal cycled and slightly stocked for awhile, but have been waiting to continue stocking until our quarantien tank was cycled and usable. We also had our 6gal treating some neon tetras, and have cycled the meds out of that water. So, today we went to the LFS-

We got a Red Betta (veil tail but it looks like it has a little crowntail mixed in) to go with our ADF into our 6g.

2 more Kuhli Loaches to add to our 30 gal who already has one, 3 Cardinal Tetras to add to theh Neon and Glo-Lites in the 30....

and, while we were acclimating the Kuhli's, we noticed a very very small little tagalong. A quick call to the lfs to find out what else was in the tank with the Kuhlis, and we have ourselves a baby Guppy fry!

Neat!

My honey is the techie one, so I'm sure he'll get some pictures of the new guys to put up here.

Aww! So cute! You may want to give him a tank of his own, even if it is little. He could be eaten by your other fish; they sound big.

I had a tagalong (sort of) when I bought ghost shrimp as feeders for my angelfish. Somehow, a cute little unidentified fishie, some sort of minnow that to this day still don't know its name, was scooped up. He lived for like 4 months in my tank. I felt good saving him from a terrible fate. :)

I once was looking in the glowlite fish, and panda cory tank at my lfs and saw that there was a little lone variatus in the tank with them. He looked so out of place. He was also so small! He was still kind of young! I dicided to get him along with the panda cory I was getting. The guy that worked there didnt even know what it was! When I got him home he was so happy in my 29 gallon. He loved hanging around with my two platys, charlie and mickey. But later on we realized it was a girl and named it rose. Shes a very happy little fishy. :D

Good luck with your little guppy! :)

He's in a betta bowl right now and seems happy (even saw him trying to eat). He's about the length of my pinky nail so he won't be mixed with the other fish for a while. And when I was acclimating the Kuhli Loaches to the quarantine tank the Betta would run up to the bag and try to eat the Fry even tough he was still in the bag -_-

Little update on the little guy :p
We had him in a bowl with java moss and an airstone, and he's been doing great, I'd say even grown a bit!

Today I woke up to a new frynet in our 29g for him, my honey had picked it up while he was out and about. This is one SPOILED little fry! Cute bugger
