Kudos to the 1st person who can figure out how i made this pic.

Going to guess a flashlight pointed up, blew some smoke in it and took a picture. After that I would say you used photoshop, turn the pic on its side (or took the pic on its side) and added a green hue.

Correct or No? Either way I made it my current wallpaper

Set the cameras aperature to be open longer and took a photo of a glowstick swinging around.

Some Clues. Its Related to the Forum in General and nothing on the pic has been altered thru any image software.
I Took the pic and it came out like this after messing about with the camera.

aperature is on the right lines though.

One critiscism(sp?) though, if I'm allowed, the red bits in the bottom corner draw your eyes away from the greeness a bit, maybe edit them out?
